Dogs on a leash are allowed on the Mobile bay side beach from the old Fort Morgan Pier all the way to the Old Fisherman's Wharf.
Beyond the Old Fisherman's Wharf is a Federal Wildlife area where dogs are not permitted.
Gulf Shores: The Dog Pond, 20115 State Highway 135, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 The dog park is located on the West end of the parking lot, under the Gulf Adventure Center on Lake Shelby in Gulf State Park. Glacier Bay National Park & Preserve Pets on a leash are allowed on the beach between the Bartlett Cove Public Use Dock and the National Park Service Administrative Dock.
The park has a tent-only campground, a day-use picnic area, and access to a sandy beach backed by dunes and drift logs.
